Ne fillimin e vitit 1996 dy ortaket Ing. Nikolla Gjiri dhe Ing. Jani Noti vendosen krijimin e te pares strukture prodhuese dhe montuese te kapanoneve industriale.
Pas dy vitesh aktivitet te suksesshem ne tregun vendas njeri nga ortaket Ing Nikolla Gjiri (me aftesi te padiskutueshme) largohet nga Shqiperia.
Aktivitetin e ngritur e zgjeron dhe e perparon Jani Noti (administrator i vetem).
Gjate ketyre viteve me skemen e re (cdo gje me bulona pra e zmontueshme), ne jemi prezent me punet tona ne te gjitha qytetet kryesore te vendit si ne Tirane, Vlore, Durres, Fier, Lezhe, Kavaje etj. Ne kemi ndertuar kapanone per disa nga me te spikaturat biznese shqiptare, siç jane Birra Norga (Vlore), Diamant Trasporti (Durres), Mat Edil (Tirane), Eurofish (Lezhe), Taçi 2000 (Volvo Trucks) etj.
Jane me shume se 80 000m² kapanone te prodhuar e te mbuluar.
Jane montuar me shume se 5000 ton hekur.
Qendra jone prodhuese prej 1500m² ne rrugen Durres, Shijak, km 5 ofron prodhimin dhe montimin e strukturave metalike te nje cilesie te larte ku shumica e specialisteve prodhues saldatore, montatore jane kualifikuar jashte vendit.

In early 1996 two partners Eng. Nikolla Gjiri and Eng. Jani Noti decided to establish the former manufacturing facility and assembling in industrial silos.
After two years of successful activity in the local market, one of the partners, Eng Nikolla Gjiri (with unquestionable skills) leaves Albania.
The established activity will expand and progress by Eng. Jano Noti (sole administrator).
During these years with the new scheme (ie anything with the removable bolts), we will present our works in all major cities of the country like Tirana, Vlora, Durres, Fier, Lezhe, Kavaje, etc. We have built silos for some of the salient Albanian businesses, such as the Beer Norga (Vlore), Diamond Transport (Durres), Mat Edil (Tirana), Eurofish (Lezhe), Taçi 2000 (Volvo Trucks) etc.
There are more than 80.000m² solis produced and covered.

All'inizio del 1996 i due soci Ing. Nikolla Gjiri e l'Ing. Jani Noti hanno deciso la creazione della prima struttura per la produzione e il montaggio dei capannoni industriali.
Dopo due anni di attività di successo nel mercato locale, uno dei partner, Ing. Nikolla Gjiri (con abilità indiscutibili) lascia l'Albania.
L'attività si espanderà verso il progresso da Jani Noti (amministratore unico).
Nel corso di questi anni con il nuovo sistema (qualsiasi cosa con i bulloni rimovibili), presenteremo le nostre opere in tutte le principali città del paese come Tirana, Valona, Durazzo, Fier, Lezhe, Kavaje, ecc. Abbiamo costruito capannoni per alcune delle aziende salienti albanese, come la Birra Norga (Valona), Diamond Trasporti (Durazzo), Mat Edil (Tirana), Eurofish (Lezhe), Taçi 2000 (Volvo Trucks), ecc.
